At Motivationz Fitness, our STRENGTH TRAINING classes are designed to help you focus on building upper and lower body strength, we alternate between the body focus. Through a combination of squats, lunges, deadlifts, push, pull, bicep, tricep, shoulder strength and more, you can increase muscle power and progression with personal tracking to help you reach your goals.
