GOLF GAME Tips & Training
Improve your golf game and gain some tips and skills when it comes to the finesse of golf, with our Scratch Golfer and Canadian Jr. Amateur Tour Player, Anthony, who has 30 years of experience. Golf-Game Tips & Training includes a program delivered by one of our personal trainers to strengthen and condition muscles used in golf to better improve your game.

Fun & Fit - KIDS!
Your child will practice the fundamentals and functional movements of fitness through the pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping, running, etc..
Kids gain a sense of self, movement awareness, confidence, and social connection with other kids in the community. Your child will gain the confidence to continue to practice healthy movement going into their future.
TEEN TRAINING
Teens get their own fitness sessions with our trainer-led dynamic warm-ups, foundations and form, functional strength training, learning controlled movement, fun fitness challenges, and the importance of stretching and body awareness.
Your teenager will practice the fundamentals and functional movements of fitness through the pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping, running, as well as weight training.

Spring Kids ZUMBA Program!
Welcome to our SPRING Kids Zumba!
Motivationz Fitness is excited to offer the community training and healthy living opportunities, one of those being occasional youth and toddler programs. Give your little ones the opportunity for movement with our amazing Zumba instructor, Steph!
We will run these classes until the end of May, every Saturday @ 10:30am (ages 2-6)

Prenatal Yoga
Our yoga instructor has a special certification in prenatal yoga! Marley sets the studio with a calm energy and a safe space for you to gently stretch and align your body with movement and breath. This is a great way to check in on you and baby throughout your pregnancy, as well as help to relieve some of the body aches and pains that come along with pregnancy.
This is a special 6 Week Prenatal Yoga Class, Mondays at 7:15pm, starting May 29th, 2023!

Spring Mommy & Me Classes April, May & June, 2023!
Join us for our final round of Mommy & Me classes, this spring 2023!
We will run these classes until the end of June, every Tuesday & Thursday @ 10:30am
Come workout with a great group of mamas and their babies (toddlers welcome)!

This night will be the ultimate restoration experience! It is an evening of deep relaxation and energy healing. You will be gently guided through a series of restorative yoga poses while receiving Reiki energy healing. No experience necessary!
